1. Overview
At ProTech99, we provide premium quality tempered glass for all major mobile brands with a 1-year breakage protection warranty. This policy outlines the terms and conditions of our warranty and how customers can claim replacements.
2. Warranty Coverage
Each eligible purchase includes:
- 1-Year Warranty Period from the date of purchase
- 2 Warranty Claims per Year:
- First claim allowed after 4 months
- Second claim allowed after 8 months
- Warranty covers breakage and cracks caused during regular usage
3. Warranty Conditions
- Warranty is applicable only for the same mobile brand and model originally purchased.
- Warranty is applicable to the original purchaser only.
- Claim must be registered with a valid order ID and registered phone number.
- Each claim is subject to verification by our team.
- Shipping and handling charges may apply for each claim.
4. Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
- Deliberate damage or misuse
- Wrong model installation
- Use of third-party tools during application
- Damage to the actual mobile device
- Products without proper registration or proof of purchase
5. How to Claim Warranty
To initiate a warranty claim, follow these steps:

- Order ID
- Registered mobile number
- Clear photo or video of the broken glass
- Our team will verify eligibility and respond within 2 working days
- Once approved, a replacement glass will be dispatched
6. Service Charges
- A nominal shipping/service fee may apply for each claim (varies by location)
- Cash on Delivery is not available for warranty replacements
7. Limitation of Liability
The warranty is limited to the replacement of tempered glass only. We are not liable for any damage to your mobile device or any indirect losses.
