This warranty covers ONLY the ProTech99 Tempered Glass Screen Protector. We are strictly NOT LIABLE for any damage to your mobile phone screen, display, or internal parts under any circumstances. The warranty is for the accessory, not the device.

1. Warranty Benefits

Every eligible purchase comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty against breakage/cracks.

You are entitled to 2 (Two) Replacements per year:

1st Claim: Eligible after 4 months from purchase date.
2nd Claim: Eligible after 8 months from purchase date.

(This schedule ensures your phone stays protected for the long run).

2. Terms & Conditions

Original Buyer Only: Warranty is non-transferable.
Same Model Only: Replacement will be for the exact same model originally ordered.
Shipping Fee: A nominal shipping & handling fee (approx. ₹49-₹99) applies to every replacement claim. The glass itself is free.

3. How to Claim Warranty?

Step 1: Take a clear photo of the broken tempered glass on your phone.

Step 2: Send the photo + Order ID to our WhatsApp: +91 7029198564.

Step 3: Our team will verify your eligibility within 48 hours.

Step 4: Pay the small shipping fee, and we will dispatch your fresh glass!

4. What is NOT Covered?

Installation errors (air bubbles, dust, misalignment).
Intentional damage or misuse.
Claims without photo proof/Order ID.
