Refund & Return Policy

⚠️ IMPORTANT: UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIRED

To claim a refund or replacement for damage/missing items, you MUST provide a continuous, uncut unboxing video of the package.

Without this video proof, we cannot accept any return requests. This policy is strictly enforced to prevent fraudulent claims.

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns/replacements strictly under the following conditions:

  • The product was received Damaged or Defective.
  • The wrong product was delivered (e.g., incorrect model).
  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

2. How to Request a Return

Step 1: Shoot an Unboxing Video while opening the package.

Step 2: If you find damage, send the video and your Order ID to our WhatsApp: +91 7029198564 or Email: contact@protech99.com.

Step 3: Our team will verify the video within 24 hours.

Step 4: Once approved, we will ship a free replacement or process a refund.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after approval.
  • For Prepaid Orders: Refund will go back to the original payment source.
  • For COD Orders: Refund will be sent via UPI or Bank Transfer (you must provide details).

4. What is NOT Covered?

  • Damage caused by customer mishandling or wrong installation.
  • Minor scratches on packaging (if the product inside is safe).
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
