Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview
At ProTech99, we are committed to providing high-quality tempered glass screen protectors. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. This policy explains the terms under which returns and refunds are accepted.
2. Eligibility for Return
- Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged or defective on delivery.
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused and in original packaging.
- Items that are damaged due to customer handling are not eligible.
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return:

- Provide your order ID, a clear image/video of the damaged product, and a short description.
- We will verify and confirm eligibility before accepting the return.
4. Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be sent via UPI or bank transfer.
5. Items Not Eligible for Refund
- Wrong product ordered by the customer (e.g., incorrect model)
- Used, broken, or damaged items not caused by shipping
- Warranty claims (covered under warranty, not return)
6. Exchange Policy
If you received a wrong or defective item, we will send a replacement after verification. Exchange shipping is free only in cases of seller error or damaged delivery.
7. Return Shipping
- If the return is approved, we will guide you on how to send the product back.
- In some cases, reverse pickup may be arranged (subject to availability).
